Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am a California resident...if there was a electronic search warrant issued out saying to search the residence of my home ..but served at my mother's residence...and I have proof my residence is in a a city over 200 miles away from where they searched...a rented duplex..Wich the search warrant didn't have a apt # ...is this grounds for wrongful search and seizure..my mother's is a senior citizen on breast cancer medication and was terrified and became physically I'll directly related to this incident...they even threatened me better yet forced me admit to what they seized by arresting everyone that was present ...my nephew ,mother,and brother
