i need more informatio on ways to have my son returned to court to be reheard on his prior3 strikes sentence

"returned", "reheard"? Sounds like you're asking about an appeal. If he has been tried, convicted, and sentenced, an appeal is his remedy, to the extent he may have actual legitimate grounds for appeal because of prejudicial errors in the trial. You'll have to consult with appellate counsel to see if there are such grounds, and to discuss the substantial costs of appeal.
