what can car insurance companies do??
my car got stolen and it was burnd down..i had gone out that night, came back and my car was gone.. the police had found my car in another county that same day..the insurance says that it questionable how it happen i have already giving them my recorded statement as well as my girl friend,, now they want me to go infront with their attorney and give my declaration again..cause they told me i didnt have the equipment that i was claiming..because i dont have the receipts .. at this point i feel upset and ofended, what can I do?? and do i need leagal Representation.?? PLEASE HELP??

You do have to cooperate with a reasonable investigation. I would think this would mean at the most one recorded examination, not several, especially if you did not agree at the conclusion of the first examination to continue it to a later date. It sounds like the insurance company may be trying to look for ways to get out of paying you. You have the right to have your own attorney present when your insurance company questions you, to make sure an inappropriate question is not asked.

Do you need legal representation? YES, you are facing potential criminal charges and civil suit for insurance fraud and theft. Immediately exercise your right to remain silent [better late than never], and hire an attorney. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
