Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Car theft
My insurance company is apparently accusing me of filing a false claim on a my vehicle theft. It appears that they think i was invovled. They forwarded their file to counsel in fresno and i am awaiting a call from them for interview under oath. Should i get legal counsel even though i didn't commit any crime?

Re: Car theft
Do not participate in an interview under oath without an attorney present. The attorney you retain should demand payment of your claim and should pursue a bad faith lawsuit if payment is not forthcoming.
