You should hire an attorney to go in there to try and quash (recall) your bench warrant and then get a small extension for the payment of fines.

You don't get to just 'pay the fine' now.

To handle a warrant, you must turn yourself into the court issuing the warrant, with or without an attorney, and try to negotiate a recall of the warrant and a plea bargain on the new Failure to Appear charge, negotiate bail or OR release, and negotiate any outstanding charges that caused the warrant. Doing so voluntarily will result in a better outcome than being brought in cuffs to court after arrest on the warrant. That can happen if you come in contact with law enforcement or customs anywhere in the US. Effective plea-bargaining, using whatever legal defenses, facts and sympathies there may be, could possibly keep you out of jail. If this is a felony, the defendant must be personally present at every court hearing and appearance. If this is a misdemeanor or infraction, the attorney can appear in court without the defendant being present, and any plea bargain deal could be handled by notarized paperwork. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.

Unfortunately, once a warrant has gone out, somebody (you or an attorney on your behalf if the case is a misdemeanor) must appear in court and get the warrant recalled, then get the payments all squared away. You can look for a local criminal defense attorney to represent you. Look for somebody that routinely practices in the court where your case is.

You need an attorney. If it is a felony matter, you are also going to have to appear.
