carrying a weapon across a neighbor's land

I have a neighbor who has an easement right to cross my property to get to his driveway. Can he carry a weapon while he is on my property?

If otherwise legally carrying / transporting he is not violating the law, unless you 'post' the property in compliance with all the legal notice requirements, which I recommend against doing, on principle and constitutional grounds.
