By looking at the charges in the Complaint you were given at arraignment. If you are serious about getting an attorney to defend you, feel free to contact me.

How did you find out about being charged? Normally it should be listed on your summons. you can also look up your case online or call the court. What were you told when you were arrested? Do you have any suspicion of why you were? Were you arreted?
are you planning on self-defending, using a public defender or hiring counsel?

At your first court date, and you should bring a lawyer to court if you can, they will give your lawyer a copy of the police report, and a copy of the formal charges which may be different from what you expected. The first court date is called an "arraignment" and you would normally plead "not guilty." If you go to court by yourself, which I do not recommend, do not speak to the DA or judge, NOT ONE WORD, except to say "not guilty" when the judge asks what your plea is.
Since you didn't say what you were arrested or cited for, I can't speculate on what if any charges could be filed and what you might be facing. Please feel free to contact me directly.
