Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

It was about my case of RlF091205. I am trying to obtain parts of my transcripts, so I can attach it to my appeal. I need the part of the transcript, when an older white woman made a discriminating racial comment about my Mexican race during jury selection. She might of been on my jury. I also need the part of the transcripts, when the judge and my public defender had side bars on the issues of me wearing a stun belt during trial, allowing witnesses testimony from a warrant case in Alhambra that has not been tried, in my case of RIF091205. How can I go about obtaining these pieces of transcripts.

Telling us about the case history and facts is irrelevant to your request, no one is going to 'look up' your transcript for you unless you hire an attorney to buy it and work with you. If you want to obtain the transcript, you need to contact that court to request which reporter took the transcript and how to contact her/him. You can discuss with the reporter what day or days of the hearing you want [you will need to know which days for the reporter to ID] and how much it will cost.
