Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I had a case in San Diego county and still owe payments to the victim but I recently moved to another county how would I transfer everything to the new county?.

You don't, you just continue to make payments to avoid an arrest warrant. Contact the agencies and attorneys involved in your case to update your address and contact info so they don't think you fled.
