Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If I were caught in California with a concealed firearm,registered to me without a concealed carry permit what would be the charge and would a conviction take away my right to own firearms?

First conviction of carrying a concealed firearm in CA without a permit is a misdemeanor that probably will include a firearm ban for 5 or 10 years by court order. The second conviction is a felony that will bar firearm possession for life.
