Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i got caught a year ago when i was 17 and got caught when i just turned18. the first time i payed a fine and they didnt call the police. the second time im receiving a mail to pay a fine but theydidnt called the police and let me go. since im on the database, what are the chances that rite aid will report me to the police??
