I been charge with false ID to specific PO'S 148.9(A) M I want to now if Im goin to be arrested ones I go to court is on the November 15

If it is charged as a felony, most courts will impose statutory bail, some do on serious misdemeanors. Unless you can post bail or obtain an OR release, you will face being taken into custody. You should hire a good attorney long before your court date.
