Second charge for Marijuana posession
When i was 18 i was charged for posession of marijuana under 1 ounce. (Really my pipe was taken. I had nothing on me at all.) I am now 23 and have gotten a second ticket. now i did some take home test essay thing to get it off my record when i was 18 and it was supposed to be taken off my record. I don't want this on my record either. What can i do to keep this off my record?
