Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

charged with counterfeit poss. while on probation!

i got caught with counterfeit money at my house. im also on summary probation, so i was charged with a probation violation also. i go to court for both charges on the same day and im currently out on bail. Im very nervous about going to court and i have no idea whats gonna happen. I just wanna know whats going to happen to me? your opinion of what im looking at?

Maybe they will raise your bail. At best you will need a lawyer for the new case. Hope you have some real money saved up.

No reason to be nervous or uncertain. You were told what would happen at the time you pled on the original charges and were placed on probation. On the probation violation, you're facing jail or prison for the term originally imposed which you avoided by agreeing to probation, plus whatever happens on the new charges.
