Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i was charged with a pc 417 brandishing a knife not for threatening anyone or making any kind of threatening remarks . It was a road rage type of situation my friend was the driver i was in the back seat another friend was in the passenger i never got out of thet truck at any moment and i never said one word to other people involved but they said i had a knife in my hand the police showed up about 10 mins later no knife was found in my possesion or in the truck . am i looking at jail time ? the witnesses pointed me out to being the one holding a knife . would i possibly be put on probation?
