Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I got charged with possession of 20$ of methamphetamine in a police sting. This is my first arrest. Can I lose custody of my son who was spending the night with my parents at the time of my arrest? What am I facing as far as sentencing? This occurred in Tujunga, California.

If you end up in jail or prison without arranging for guardianship of the child, he will likely go into foster home.
