If I follow your question - you're charged with a number of felony crimes, but it was because your directed your comments at the wrong person?

And you say you already have legal counsel...

So the first question is: Why are your questions not directed to your attorney? That's why you're paying them. They also currently know more about the case than a single paragraph posted on the internet. Now, if your attorney is not/cannot answer your questions and you're seeking a new lawyer, then you may want to find a local criminal defense attorney to sit down face to face with and discuss your case.

I'm not trying to be flippant, but you're asking about potential outcomes of your situation when we know nothing of what the entire picture is.

If you have an attorney, talk to him. If you don't, hire one. No amount of free 'tips and hints' from here or elsewhere are going to effectively help you in your legal defense. Raise all appropriate defenses with whatever witnesses, evidence and sympathies are available for legal arguments, for evidence suppression or other motions, or for trial. If you don't know how to represent yourself effectively against an experienced prosecutor intending to convict, then hire an attorney that does, who will try to get a dismissal, diversion program, reduction, or other decent outcome through plea bargain, or take it to trial if appropriate. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
