Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have been charged with11377 and 11550 in CA after being arrested for warrants. So I also have violation of probatio. These resulted after failing to give an exit interview after completing prop36 back in 2002. Am I looking at mandatory time or will I get prop 36 again, or be able to go to treatment instead of jail. If I'm looking at time, how much?

Whether you'll get time depends upon all the facts and upon your attorney's ability to persuade the DA and court that you substantially complied with your program terms and the court orders. If serious about hiring counsel for this, and if it is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
If you were give Prop 36, and did not comply with the probation terms you are looking at the original sentence you were given.
