Does anyone know of the charges when you are operating a escort business with out a license?

I assume that operating any type of business without a license esults in an administrative fine and/or a suspension of your operating the business wilth a requirement you must get a license. Criminal charges stem from the illegally acts the police claim you committed, not the lack of a license.
