Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Check Forgery
around 1978 I gave a chk to someone to cash for a person I worked with and it was stolen. I was arrested and charged with a felony. because I had no criminal record, it was dropped to a mistemenor. But it shows as a felony
Someone in court didn't make the change. How can I get this resolved?

Re: Check Forgery
By filing an appropriate motion with the court, supporting it with evidence to prove what you allege. If this is a SoCal court, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need in doing so.
