Child Molestation Trial
An older male in custody for six months already, accused of child molestation on two females under 14,,, how many times can the jury trial be vacated and rescheduled before it actually happens?

As many times as the defendant agrees to 'waive time' for trial. He doesn't have to, and can force the trial, or get a dismissal if the prosecutor doesn't bring it to trial timely.
