Child Protective Services

I recently got into trouble in bakersfield california for being under the influence of meth and since i had my son in another room they also gave me willful cruelty to a child when i got out of holding from the jail the following morning child protective services had my son they put me in a program called family maintenance and told me i was not allowed to leave county or state but i would never have gotten away from drugs if i stayed there so i went to oregon and have proudly been drug free what can happen if they find out i am up here i only left to better myself what do i do?

There appears to be two aspects to your case. First is the criminal charges for being under the influence. The second is the CPS case. If you have your child with you, then you need approach the case so that your child is not removed from your home.

Good advice is to have a Bakersfield attorney apply to the court for approval, otherwise you face potential probation violation. I have to assume there were programs and other terms of probation ordered that you have not complied with. Discuss them with your attorney.
