child get touched by teacher

my child has been acting out and she has been to 3 different schools and the director of the school where this happen had told me at the time that my daughter was mentally ill she needed a doctor, this was this year just few weeks ago and now we are in a differ city and county she hadn't told me she is acting out in the new school there was a counsler has talk to her i now have this paper from my daughter writtten in her words that the teacher has touched her and said if she said anything she would kill her. please someone help or guide me.

If you believe in good faith that the allegation is true, go to the police. Keep in mind you have already admitted the child has problems, and have been told she needs help. The police will have to be convinced of the truth through evidence and facts. You can also hire counsel to bring a civil suit if you can prove the allegation.

Taking your child to a counselor may be the bets approach at this time. If the counselor believes her statements they will be reported to the police. If the counselor does not make a report then you will getting help for your child.
