Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My children's father is in jail for Criminal Threats Law California Penal Code 422 PC, and already had 2 strikes. I don't know what happened, but the charge was a felony and this would be his third strike. Is there anything that can be done for him? He hasn't had a Felony since 2008.

Mr Gibbs is entirely correct. If you can't afford private counsel, apply for the Public Defender. If you don'y qualify for Public Defender, feel free to contact me at 7149607584 to discuss his case.
