Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
citation for trespassing ,
kids went into an old building, neighborhood watch person called police. some of the kids ran , this one stayed to face the music. officer released kid in parents custody with the understanding that the parent would discipline child and no charges filed. he is under 18, what happens if he does not respond to the citation and go to the probation officer meeting.
