Re: Clean Record

Yes, it is called an expungement, and with a misdemeanor it is a fairly easy procedure given you have completed all court requirements. Please give us a call toll free at 1-866-YOU-ARE-INNOCENT in order to set up a free consultation to discuss the details of your case.

Re: Clean Record

Yes, if you have served all probation, and the case if over, and if you have had at least a year or more beyond the end of probation without further problems, then I can prepare the application and paperwork to request the court purge your record, for a reasonable cost. If sucessful, you can then say you've never been convicted, since the conviction is withdrawn and a dismissal entered instead.

Contact me if interested.

Re: Clean Record

Thank you for your inquiry. Penal code section 1203.4 allows you to apply to the court for an expungement, to get the criminal record cleared for certain purposes.

If you'd like more information, or help, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. I'm happy to help in any way that I can.
