Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Collection on PC7476a(a)

12/2003 Complaint filed on 2 checks

(specifically listed)

Declaration in support of a/w (attach A) a total of 6 additional checks added together (not specified/4 post-dated) plus all fees -

does/can SofL apply to repaying (especially for the amt of the 6 added).

I just found out about this as of 9/2007 and trying to take care of.

I have not been convicted and can prove there was not intent to defraud. The amt for the 2 specific checks listed is paid.

If a criminal Complaint has been filed by the prosecutor, then you have to defend against them. If you qualify for the public defender, request one; if not, get a private attorney to represent you. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so, if the case is in SoCal courts.
