Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
So far I see that I've committed perjury on filling out this application. My question is... If I go back in to the office and update the application and correct it can I still be charged with perjury? I failed to answer the question sexually transmitted disease..... In addition I do have genital herpes .. Had a x-ray and consultation so far. Can I also be violating the California health and safety code section 120290

This is a situation you need to go see and consult with a experienced attorney. He can give you an opinion and proper advice after reviewing the documents and facts with you, in confidence. No one here is going to be able to advice you specifically, without such review.
California has civil and criminal penalties for some failures to disclose HIV type infections, such as to sexual partners, health care employers, and others.
