Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i completed 2 years of my 3 year probation (misdemeanor, did not serve time and no P.O.) and i plan on going to Germany in Feb 2011. Am I allowed to leave the country? Does Germany have record of my probation which could present a problem and not allow me to enter their country?

Unless your probation order says not to leave, you may. Your criminal record is available to their law enforcement and immigration people, and they can decide whether you are allowed in. That's the whole purpose of maintaining computer law enforcement records. Many countries bar entry to convicted people.
