Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
After completing my probation for a misdemeanor hit and run charge, I was able to have my case dismissed (PC1203.4). Can I get this off my DMV record?

I agree with Mr. Nelson, it only affects your court record, not your DMV record. It will show up to your insurer, and your employer's insurer if your job entails driving.
