Computer Fraud
Is it illegal to break into a persons
email, delete incriminating emails,
use the email account to email other
people pretending to be the owner of
the email? Also is is illegal to post a
fake job on craigslist just to get
personal information about someone
and then use that information to
harass that person at their place of
employment?

Duh. Does the term 'invasion of privacy' mean anything to you? Various crimes and civil offenses are being committed under those facts.
