Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Could some please tell me what contrary to the agreement means as my partner was arested in Los Angeles on that charge and I don’t understand. Thank you

Neither do we. That is not a criminal charge. It might be related to some kind of theft??
You need more information, which he will get at least by when he appears in court the first time. He will plead 'not guilty' to start the process, unless his attorney instructs him otherwise.
