Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was convicted of grand theft, first offense, i paid back full restituion of $1991, and completed 200 hours of community service, whats the next step? Am i going to jail? Or are they sentencing me probation

The restitution and community service must have been part of your sentence. If your sentence also included jail time or probation, that should have been reflected in the same order. Jail time seems unlikely, since the court almost certainly would have made you serve your time before performing community service.

Go to that court, have them pull your criminal file, and read the sentencing report that describes all the terms that apply to you.

I agree with the previous responses. It depends on the sentencing terms. If you have completed probation and complied with the terms, you would not go to jail.
