Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

When convicted of a mist. or and feloney and move out of sate for work what can

My husband and I are in a deferred drug program. He had to leave suddenly and we were both referred back to court. We have to move for income survival. Will this always be a problem anywhere we go and how can we address it without looking like were skipping out.

Are there any states that don't honor mistimeanor warrents? What is the time before stuff like infractions, mistimeanors and feloneies go away. Or do they?

What is extradition

Arrest warrants don't 'go away', but remain on record until dealt with. If you are traffic stopped anywhere in the US, you would likely be arrested on the warrant. Hire an attorney to help you deal with this, and minimize the 'pain' you are going to suffer in fines and jail.
