Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was convicted of 288(a) in 1991 and served my time & completed parole. I am now currently on parole for 459. Can the parole department legally put a gps monitor on me?

Legally??
They can't hold you down and force it on you, but they can make it a condition of you staying out of prison. Refuse and they 'violate' you.
