Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was convincted of 2 DUI's in 2013 and simple assault in 2016. The original probation for my DUI's was 5 years so I was still on probation when I received my simple assault conviction. My simple assault conviction probation is until 2019. My question is can I expunge my DUI's in 2018 as per the terms of my original conviction or do I have to wait until 2019 due to my newer conviction?

Wait it is. Expunging can be done only if no other action is active/pending.
