Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I went to court and lost my real property because of trickery from the other side. Me and my wife have been homeless with little or no resources. This has been a hell living the way we have lived. We are both dependent adults and are suffering.

I just found a document that was forged and it is confirmed. This is why I lost in court. Can a lawyer get this into court faster than having us wait and suffer another 2 years? We are victims and have nothing because of this . We are almost living in my car. Do courts have any compassion when dependent adults have been tricked and taken advantage of? We need our home, it was mine and it was illegally taken from us. A lot of unnessecary mental anguish and suffering.

If you already lost your case in court, you don't get to now re-argue or complain about the facts or plead for sympathy, you get to either file an appeal or motion for reconsideration [both require that you can show substantive trial errors by the judge], or you can walk away unhappy. Every case has a loser. Even if you have legitimate legal and factual grounds for thinking you can win an appeal, appeals are extremely costly, seldom successful, and almost never done on 'contingency', so you have a real problem. You could try to find some 'public interest' law firm or law school clinic willing to do this for reduced fees. Start looking, you have only 60 days after judgment to file your appeal.
