Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
which court do you petition to get off of parole early in the state of pennsylvania if you are on parole as interstate pact agreement with the state of California? Do I petition the court of the county where I was arrested? And if so, where should I start or send my letters to? Would I start with the Clerk Of Courts?

Your question isn't clear. Are you on parole in Pennsylvania after being convicted in California, or is it the other way around? Either way, your best bet is to contact the lawyer who defended you.
