court record expunge
have 5 ) 1461.2 cvc and pick up another one november 09 2006 i've completed multipual offenders class and am
able to get licsense can i get priors expunged cause still going to court for 14601.2
in 11/06

Re: court record expunge
Even if you could get any of them 'expunged', which is doubtful, the court still sees your records of any convictions that have been expunged and counts them as priors.
