after court trail ,they offer a deal to a inmate in custody,they give him two weeks to make a decision to sign, on this two weeks ,D.A. can pick up more charges on him or not. the case is 273.5(a)pc

No one here is going to tell you what to do, at least not unless and until they are retained to be your attorney in that case, and are familiar with all the facts, issues, charges, etc. We have to assume you had counsel at trial; they should be the one you are talking to.
