Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Is it possible for the courts/judge to charge a bail amount without a person ever being in jail? But the reason would be for not cooperating with the courts?

Yes, bail can be changed up or down, or revoked, at the judge's discretion anytime circumstances indicate to him it is appropriate. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
