Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A coworker I was involved with a few years ago took a naked photo of me without me knowing and is showing it to other coworkers. I filed a police report after I found out and Im sure he has deleted the photo by now. Can I put some sort of gag order on him? I dont necessarily want to get him fired, but I dont want him to be able to talk about our past relationship or show the photo anymore. If I cant file something to keep him from talking about it, and if CID is not able to find the photo, can I sue?

NOTHING can stop him from doing what he wants. Do the laws stop speeding on the freeway?
You can't uncook that apple after allowing the picture to be taken. The best you can do is sue him for invasion of privacy rights, and/or seek a restraining order, if it makes economic sense to spend your money doing so.
