Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Please help need a criminal attonery that would take a pro bono case of a person who is being. Charged with. Drugs sales and transport . Drug is less than 1 once .really would like to speak to an attorney about this . He's facing life Hes sick stage 4 liver dease . And a three strike. He was on parole and arrested for not changing his address but he never moved was searched 3 times before taken to jail was sick and asked to be taken to hospital but was denied was booked and taken to another room and officer left and then returned and said he found drugs on floor where he was
The cameras weren't he was also hand cuffed working very convent . Also he feels that his public defender isn't representing him well and his life is at stake here. And also they have known that there weren't finger prints of his found since Oct 2010 and keep saying that they weren't ready yet isn't that wrong n so Hes being caused of all this he didn't do please help someone .

That is what Public Defenders are paid by tax money to do. Request one be appointed.
