Your statement is confusing. But it appears that you were charged with a drug offense and completed the deferred entry of judgment program. This program allows you to plead guilty and the court does not enter the judgment. When you complete the program the court with draws you guilty plea. Since there was never a judgment entered, you have no criminal conviction on your record.
