Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Criminal convictions..........
In 1998 i was convicted in federal court of unarmed bank
robbery. I was released from
all obligations to the b.O.P. And federal probation agency
in march 2003. I would like to know how long-how many years do i have to identify as an ''ex-felon''? How many years
will my conviction come up every time a half-thourough
backround check/investigation is condu-
cted on me? I understand that on one level- i will always be an ''ex-felon'', but how long will this continue to haunt me
in such a negative way?
