what is the process to sue my attorney
for incompetence, false representation,
lying to me about her experience? How
long before I need to file?

You could file a complaint with the State Bar for misconduct if that is true. Unless you have suffered actual provable damage to your case, there is probably nothing to sue for. If you have damage, then a malpractice case must be filed within 2 years. If that is the situation, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.
