"Whats up" is criminal prosecution for a felony that carries mandatory minimum prison time. You need to figure out how you intend to defend against the charges to avoid spending that prison time. Suggest you get an attorney that understands 'whats up'. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing this right, if the case is in SoCal.
