Criminal drug law
what constitutes transportation? I was arrested for posession. I had a very small rock of meth when I was pulled over. Now the DA is charging me with transportation. Whats up?

Transporting basically means moving it from one place to another. Having it with you while you drive qualifies.

"Whats up" is criminal prosecution for a felony that carries mandatory minimum prison time. You need to figure out how you intend to defend against the charges to avoid spending that prison time.
