Hire an attorney. That attorney will need to make a motion to terminate probation. This may or may not be granted, depending on many things.
If the court grants that request, the attorney will make a motion to expunge your convinction from your record. This may or may not be granted and depends on many things as well.
Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss the issue further or need assistance. Best of luck.

You will never 'prove your innocence', that isn't what court proceedings do. But, you could get the conviction expunged, if you qualify, once you successfully complete all terms of your probation. It is also sometimes possible to get probation terminated early for good cause, which would allow expungement earlier. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting legal help in doing this.

The case is over, and you lost. If you really thought you were innocent, you should have hired a lawyer and demanded a trial. You can still possibly try to withdraw your plea, call me if interested.
