Not all courts require a hearing. So make sure your lawyer knows the procedure before you hire him. It will cost to to three times the normal cost with a hearing.

By filing a Petition and Motion with the court, if the conviction and you qualify for expungement, meaning it can't be done if the conviction was for certain violent and sexual crimes. Feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
