My husband was arrested for having a half ounce of cocaine and he was on parole.He has two priors for sales.Do you think he could get prop.36 or what do you think will happen to him

Complex...can't get prop 36 if unavailable do to doing parole rev. time? Or the DA would file a "for sales" charge...Most PO's are willing to give their guys a shot at Prop 36 if the client is otherwise eligible, as for the DA...anybodies guess.

This would likely be covered by proposition 36. However, your (and his) real problem is that it is almost certainly a parole violation. His P.O. is liable to violate him, and certainly the D.A. will argue for a violation.
